CheapFAST help

Price Match

Ask us to review a lower competitor total when size, paper, sides, quantity, finish, and shipping line up.

We answer from support@cheapfastprinting.com or (855) 608-5536. Do not send a card number here.

When CheapFAST will look at a lower total, and when we will not

Answer first: if another shop quoted a lower packed total on the same size, paper, sides, quantity, finish, and ship speed, send the form on this page. We review. We do not promise every match. We do promise an honest read from support@cheapfastprinting.com or (855) 608-5536.

Apples we will compare

1000 of 4 x 6 postcards, 14 pt gloss, both sides, ground. 250 of 3.5 x 2 cards, 14 pt gloss, both sides. 500 of 8.5 x 11 flyers, 100 lb gloss book, one side. Those are comparable when the other quote is also a printed sheet of that size.

CheapFAST already folds ground into print. If the other quote shows $0.00 ground as a line and a higher print line, add the lines. If they charge rural extras and we eat them, say the destination ZIP. 33140 and a mountain ZIP are the same FREE ground here.

Apples we will not pretend

A 16 pt silk card versus our 14 pt gloss. A next-day air box versus our ground. A 34 pt stock we do not chip. A design fee they waived and we never charged. Write the difference in the notes. Do not hide it.

We will not ask for a card number on this form. A match, if we take it, lands on a real CheapFAST order with a proof you can still reject. Pay Later still exists after that.

How we read a competing quote

We look at packed money. Print plus ground plus the ship speed they actually offered. CheapFAST already ate ground. If they show a low print line and a high ground line, add them. If they show a low total and Next Day in the fine print while you want Ground, that is not our Ground number.

We look at size first. 5.5 x 8.5 is not 8.5 x 11. 2 x 2 is not 3.5 x 2. A die they cut and we do not sell is not a match. We look at sides. 4/0 is not 4/4. We look at quantity. 249 is not 250 if their break is real. We look at finish. UV both is not matte one side.

What you can expect back

A yes with a CheapFAST cart that honors the match. A no with the spec that did not line up. A question if the screenshot is cropped. We answer from support@cheapfastprinting.com. We do not need a card number to look.

A Pompano florist sent a quote for 1000 of 4 x 6 on a heavier stock we do not chip. We offered 14 pt gloss at our packed total and said the stock difference out loud. She took our card stock. That is an honest miss, not a silent swap.

After a match

You still approve a proof. Pay Later still exists. Ground still sits inside the print line unless you click air. Rural ZIP overages on ground stay our loss. Call (855) 608-5536 if the other quote includes design hours. Say that. Design time is a different line.

Shipping lines that fool a screenshot

Some quotes show Ground as a separate $28. Ours shows Ground as FREE inside print. If you compare their print-only number to our packed number, we look expensive. Add their ground. If they forced 2nd Day, say so. We will not match air against ground.

Some quotes omit design. If they designed the file for free and we must build it, say that. All languages and Free PDF Proof are the design doors. Price match is the print-money door.

A Pompano gym sent a screenshot with the size cropped off. We asked for the size. It was 5.5 x 8.5. Our flyer form was 8.5 x 11. Not a match. They ordered the size they actually needed. That email was a success.

We will not match a digital download, a template subscription, or a different city walk-up menu. We match a printed piece we can make on a CheapFAST form or as a written custom quote. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com if the form on this page fails. Do not paste card numbers.

Turnaround is part of the spec

A cheaper total with a two-week clock is not the same as our standard clock, and it is not Express. Write the due date. If they promised Friday and we would ship ground to 33140 by then, we can talk. If they promised Friday by air and you want our FREE ground, say you will take the later doorstep. Do not hide the clock.

A Pompano cafe sent a match request with no quantity. We asked. It was 25 flyers. Our form starts at quantities that make print sense. Custom Orders is where 25 might live. Price match is not a tiny-qty coupon. Call (855) 608-5536 if you are stuck between those doors.

Attach the other quote as a link or a clear photo of the whole spec block. Cropped logos and cropped sizes waste a day. If the other shop hides the paper, we will ask. If they hide the ship speed, we will assume nothing. We compare what we can see. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com if you already sent the form and thought of a missing line. Call (855) 608-5536 if the mixer is inside a week.

CheapFAST postcards quoted with ground already inside the print line
A competitor total that hides shipping is not the same spec. Send the packed number, size, paper, sides, quantity, finish, and ship speed.
CheapFAST flyers used as the apples-to-apples price match example
Same size, same paper family, same sides, same quantity. If those four move, it is a different job, not a match.

Questions we answer on this bench

Does a price match erase free ground shipping?

No. Ground stays inside the CheapFAST print number. If the other quote itemizes ground and we fold it in, say so in the notes so we compare packed totals.

What must I send?

Name, email, the other packed total, and the specs: size, paper, sides, quantity, finish, ship speed. A link helps. A screenshot of a different size does not.

Do you match a shop that is not printing the same piece?

No. We match a comparable printed piece, not a digital download, not a different die, not a stock we do not sell.
