Answer first: send the art and what you want printed. We mount it on our templates and email a digital proof you can reject. If a name sits on the trim, reject it. If a QR fails this site's scanner, reject it. Do not approve a pretty thumbnail and hope.
What a digital proof is good at
Spelling. Safe zone. Bleed. Fold placement. QR target. Side 1 versus side 2. Those are the cheap mistakes. Catch them on a screen.
What a digital proof is bad at
Exact paper feel. Exact gloss. Exact night-time vinyl color. Order the free sample kit for feel. Ask for a printed proof only when the job is color-critical and the quote includes it. Most mixers do not need a printed proof. They need the name spelled right.
A Hialeah broker rejected two digital proofs because the cell number flipped two digits. That is a successful proof. The third file went to 250 cards at the live from-price family we last quoted near $36.53 for 250 standard 2 x 3.5, 14 pt gloss, both sides, ZIP 33140, ground inside.

How to reject a proof without drama
Reply with the mark that is wrong. Circle the cell. Spell the name. Say move the logo left. Do not say make it pop. Pop is not a change order. A second proof should only exist because the first note was specific.
If the proof shows guide rings, that file is not the print file. Ask for the print-ready without rings, or hide them yourself if we sent a layered package. Approving rings is how magenta lines hit a mixer.
Color humility
Your phone is not our press. A navy that looks black at night on a screen can still be navy in sun. If the job is a brand-critical banner for a 33140 storefront, say so. We will talk about a printed proof or a sample kit. Most card jobs need the name right more than they need a spectrophotometer story.

What to attach
PDF, JPG, PNG. Order number if you have one. Product name. Size. Sides. A note that the QR was already scanned on our scanner. That sentence saves a loop. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com if the form fails. Call (855) 608-5536 if the mixer is this week and the file is not.
Mounting on the real CheapFAST sheet
We use the same rings you can download. If you already placed art on the 3.5 x 2 sample, say so. We will not double-mount and shrink your names. If you send a Word file, we convert or ask you to use Word to PDF first. A proof of a screenshot of Word is a waste of a reject cycle.
Sides matter. Front and back on a card are two proofs. A booklet is many. Tell us the page count. Tell us the fold. A tri-fold with panel 3 used as panel 1 is the classic miss. The digital proof is where that shows.
A 33140 jeweler rejected a proof because the phone used a fancy one that printers read as a seven. We reset it to a plain one. That is a good reject. Make it elegant is not.
After approval, pay if you used Pay Later, or place the catalog order if you only used this form. Ground stays inside the product total. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com with the proof number if you lose the thread. Do not start a second job with the same art and a new misspelled name.
What we check even if you forget to ask
Names, phones, emails, QR targets, and whether art reaches bleed. We still want your list. If you say only check the logo, we may still flag a cut-off cell because that reprint is on us later. If you say ignore the date, we will ignore the date and you own that date.
A Hialeah broker said ignore the date and the mixer had moved. The cards were honest and useless. Pay Later would have let a second person catch it. Use both doors when two people must agree. Call (855) 608-5536 if the proof email landed in spam. Check the junk folder for cheapfastprinting.com.
If you already built on the guideline sample, export without rings and attach that PDF. If you built in Design Studio, say Order this art and give the Studio name. We will not rebuild a finished Studio file from a phone screenshot. That screenshot path is how names shift. Call (855) 608-5536 if Studio and this form disagree about the size.

Is the proof the printed piece?
No. This is a digital proof. Colors on a phone are not press ink. It is for layout, names, bleed, and QR. Soft-touch and exact PMS are not proven here.
Do I pay to start the file check?
No. We do not charge a card to start the check. Pay Later still lets you approve a proof on a real order before payment.
What should I send?
The art, the product you want, and an order number if you have one. Say what to check: names, phones, bleed, QR, folds.
