18x24 is the realtor default for a reason
18x24 sits on an H-Wire without looking like a postage stamp in a yard. Step up only if the street is fast or the lot is deep. A 24x36 in a tiny front yard looks like you are yelling at the HOA.

Templates that match the form
Use the yard-sign guideline for the size you picked. A flyer PDF blown up will look like a flyer. Names need weight. Phone numbers need fewer digits of decoration. QR codes need to be large enough that a driver who parked can scan, not a driver who did not stop.
H-Wire is only in the cart if the form sells it. We do not rename the hardware. If you already own stakes, skip the add. The add is print money, not a shipping surprise. Ground is FREE on CheapFAST. A farm listing ZIP does not add Ground.
One side vs two
Two sides if both approaches see the sign. One side if it sits against a hedge or a fence. Do not pay for a back that faces a wall. The form will show the jump when you flip sides. That jump is print.
What this is not
A-frames are sidewalk. Vinyl banners are fence fabric. Posters are paper and hate rain. Foam board and acrylic are not published on CheapFAST. If you need a board in a window, that is a different shop problem, not this URL.

Can I use a business-card file?
No. Rebuild for distance. A logo that works on a card dies at the curb.
How long do they last?
Coroplast handles weather better than paper. Sun and mowers still win. Order a spare if the race runs months.
Is ground free to a rural listing?
Yes. We eat that. Air is extra if the open house is sooner than a truck.
