Custom CheapFAST work that is not a catalog dropdown
Answer first: tell us the size, finish, quantity, and due date. If a catalog URL already sells that exact chip, we will send you back to that form. If it does not, a person answers from support@cheapfastprinting.com or (855) 608-5536.
Good custom notes
24 x 36 poster on a stock the poster form does not list. A banner with an odd width and eight grommets. A card quantity between two chips. A bilingual layout that needs a human proof. Those belong here with a due date that is a real day, not ASAP.
A Hialeah warehouse wanted 70 yard signs with a wind-slit story the form did not chip. We quoted the closest catalog sign, then wrote the extra. That is custom. Guessing in a checkout note after a 18 x 24 quote is how jobs miss a date.
What custom does not unlock
It does not unlock foil because someone typed foil. It does not unlock lobby pickup. It does not unlock a sibling catalog. Artwork and invoices stay on cheapfastprinting.com. If we need a guideline that is not in the gallery yet, we harvest it and show it. We do not invent a retired slim card.
Write the due date like a calendar
Friday before the mixer is a date. ASAP is a mood. We schedule presses and carriers on dates. If the mixer is Thursday in Hialeah, say Thursday and the ZIP. Ground is usually already in catalog totals. Custom ship math gets written on the quote so you see it.
Include quantity as a number, not a lot. Include sides. Include whether you have art. If you need us to design, say All languages or free design proof as well. Custom is the size and finish fork. Design is the words and layout fork. Mixing them in one vague paragraph slows both.
When we send you back to a form
If you ask for 250 of 3.5 x 2, 14 pt gloss, both sides, we send you to Business Cards. That URL already holds the live from-price family we confirmed near $36.53 to ZIP 33140 with ground inside. Custom is not a coupon for skipping the form.
If you ask for a 7.25 inch wide banner the vinyl form does not list, we stay on this page and quote. If you ask for painted edges we do not chip, we say no. A no on Tuesday is better than a reprint on Friday.
Proofs still rule
Custom work still gets a digital proof you can reject. Pay Later can still wait for approval. We still do not charge a card to start the file check. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com if you already opened a catalog cart and then realized the chip is wrong. Do not add to cart on a wrong size and hope a note fixes it.
Art that arrives with a custom size
If you already have a PDF at the odd size, attach it or say you will use the File Uploader after we quote. If you have no art, say that. We will not assume Design Studio can invent a 7.25 inch wide banner from a 3.5 x 2 sample. Different dies. Different sheets.
Finishes we often hear: extra grommets, a drill hole that is not on the hang-tag chip, a fold the brochure form does not list, a quantity between chips. Write the finish as a noun and a number. Four grommets. One hole at 0.25 inch. Half fold on the long side.
A 33140 boat dealer wanted a vinyl size the form did not list and a proof before a Saturday show. We quoted the nearest catalog banner, wrote the extra inches, and used Pay Later after the quote landed in a cart. Ground math was on the quote because the size left the catalog chip.

How we write the quote back
You should see size, stock or material, sides, quantity, finish extras, due date, and a packed number. If ground is still catalog-style FREE, we will say that. If the size left the catalog, we will show ship math. Ask if a line is missing. Do not approve a number you do not understand.
Keep art off this first email if the file is huge. Say you will use the File Uploader after the quote. A 200 MB video is not a print file. A PDF is. Email support@cheapfastprinting.com if you already uploaded to the wrong order number. We will not hunt a sister-shop cart.
If two products must ship in one box, say both SKUs and both quantities. We may still quote two lines. A card and a banner are not one stock. Ground may stay FREE on each catalog line. Custom packing is a sentence on the quote, not a surprise on the dock. Write the dock ZIP. 33140 and a rural ZIP are the same FREE ground on catalog chips. Custom ship math is written when we leave those chips.

Should I use this if the product page already has my size?
No. Use the product form so the packed total is live. This page is for special sizes, finishes, or design requests the dropdown does not sell.
Can custom work still use Pay Later?
Often yes, once we quote it into a real order. Pay after you approve the proof. We do not charge a card to start a file check.
Do you pick up in a lobby?
No. We print and ship. Ground is inside the print price on catalog work. Custom ship math is part of the written quote.
